Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high-energy Team Leader to guide our retail store team, model strong customer service, and uphold our mission of dignity, service, hope and partnership.

This full-time role offers a 9AM-8PM schedule, a starting pay of $13.50 per hour, and opportunities to coach Production Clerks along with a benefits package including retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have basic math skills and ability to make change.
• May coach Production Clerks in one-on-one training.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsabilités

• Direct and model duties to Production Clerks.
• Greet donors and customers and offer assistance.
• Sort and stock material in stores; rotate stock as needed.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
