Goodwill Industries of Kentucky in Paducah is seeking a Team Leader to support our retail store operations and provide outstanding customer service. The role focuses on directing duties of Production Clerks, greeting donors and customers, and ensuring smooth stock handling.

The position offers full-time hours, a $13.50/hour pay, and opportunities to coach team members while contributing to community programs and services at Goodwill.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to make change.
• May coach Production Clerk(s) in one-on-one training.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing direction and modeling of job duties to other Production Clerks.
• Displays great customer service by greeting donors and customers; offers assistance.
• Sorts material as required and stocks material in stores.
• Rotates stock as needed.
• Operates cash register.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
