St. Joseph's/Candler is seeking a Registration Team Leader to supervise daily activities of the Patient Registration staff at our Savannah campuses. You will prepare staffing schedules, maintain staffing levels, and assist with training and quality monitoring.

The role emphasizes rounding in registration areas, resolving issues, and ensuring timely service and accurate payroll alignment. A strong background in supervision and medical insurance knowledge is essential.

Competenze

• College Diploma of Management preferred for leadership in patient registration.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience required.
• 1-2 years medical insurance knowledge required.

• Does daily rounding in registration areas. Resolves technical and personnel issues within established time frames.
• Monitors quality, time of service, collections and patient wait times.
• Promotes cooperation and teamwork. Monitors coworker activity to ensure production standards are met daily.
• Provide instruction/ teaching when needed.
• Prepares and maintains the department schedules. Ensures Active Staffer and payroll system match at month end; communicates schedule changes.
• Reviews and approves/denies all coworker PTO requests. Maintains adequate staffing levels; communicates calls-ins.
• Reviews quality and quantity activity using reporting tools; initiates coworker counseling and re-training when necessary.

• Reviews and approves/denies all co-worker PTO requests. Maintains adequate staffing levels in all areas. Maintains open communication with co-workers regarding call-ins.
• Reviews quality and quantity activity using available reporting tools. Initiates appropriate co-worker counseling and re-training when necessary. Provides ongoing technical training.
