Job summary

Mission Health in Asheville, NC seeks a dedicated leader to manage parking and shuttle service ambassadors, ensuring safe, accessible traffic and parking for patients, visitors, and staff. You will resolve shuttle and parking concerns and oversee daily staff scheduling and program operations.

The role requires a few years of customer service and supervisory experience, a valid NC driver’s license, and readiness to pursue CDL training if applicable. A hospital environment background is helpful.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Good driving record and valid North Carolina Driver’s License
• Preferred Education: Associates Degree.
• Required License: Must have a valid NC driver’s license or procure one within 30 days of employment unless an out-of-state commuter, at least two years of satisfactory driving experience and be at least 25 years of age to meet the Mission Health established insurance guidelines.
• Preferred License: CDL license within 6 months of hire. Other courses and certifications that would promote job performance and safety.
• Required Experience: Two years in customer service and/or public relations work. Some basic supervisory and/or Preferred Experience: Prior hospital experience. Management training. Computer skills.
