Leggett & Platt Incorporated seeks a Team Leader Manufacturing Engineering to provide technical leadership for Manufacturing Engineering Technicians and machine assemblers, guiding production equipment, automation projects, and process improvement efforts. You will coordinate priorities, troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment, and drive safe, on-time execution.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical manufacturing experience.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and PLC-controlled systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics and documentation.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of technicians and assemblers to support production priorities.
• Provide technical leadership for manufacturing equipment, automation, controls and vision systems.
• Coordinate equipment installation, startup, validation and improvements.
• Prioritize workload while ensuring safety, quality and on-schedule delivery.
• Develop technician capability through coaching and training.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring issues.
