Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Engineering or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical manufacturing experience.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and PLCs.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong root-cause analysis and continuous improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of technicians and machinists.
• Provide technical leadership for equipment, automation, controls, robotics, and vision systems.
• Coordinate installation, startup, validation, and improvements.
• Prioritize workloads and ensure safety and schedule adherence.
• Develop technician capabilities through coaching and training.
• Drive root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance.
