Job summary

Neighborhood Association for Inter-Cultural Affairs, Inc. in New York City seeks a Team Leader (LMSW) to provide administrative leadership and program oversight in the Transitional Housing Program, guiding staff and coordinating services to promote housing stability and recovery.

Reporting to the Director of Social Services, the role combines direct client support with supervisory responsibilities, requires trauma-informed, strengths-based practice, and ensures documentation and compliance

Qualifications

• MSW is required.
• Current NY LMSW license required.
• LCSW license preferred and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative guidance to social workers and staff.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary service delivery with housing, medical, behavioral health, and community partners.
• Develop and monitor individualized housing and service plans to promote recovery and stability.
• Lead training, coaching, and supervision of program staff.
• Maintain comprehensive client documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
