Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an energetic Team Member for a busy retail store in the Fort Worth area. You will engage customers, maintain store standards, and assist with merchandise, signage, and recovery.

Responsibilities include cash handling, stocking, operating the POS, and collaborating with the team to deliver Legendary Service. Strong communication and reliability are essential; some shifts require evenings and weekends. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for POS and store systems.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.
• Experience with customer engagement and teamwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and be flexible with hours.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members as needed.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including picking and staging.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Operate cash register and POS equipment; assist customers loading purchases.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• Obtain licenses or certifications as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
