Job summary

Tractor Supply in Texas is hiring a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach team members, and own sales-floor presentation areas. You will drive Legendary Service, manage Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, and assist with BOPIS/OMNI duties while leading shifts.

The role requires flexible hours, a safety-conscious mindset, and the ability to train and mentor teammates to meet performance standards. Experience in retail or related farming sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution with picking, staging, and handoffs.
• Lead assigned team members, delegate tasks, and ensure safe work practices.
• Operate cash register and related equipment; assist customers loading purchases.
