You’ll plan shifts, train staff, ensure food quality and safety, manage inventory, handle guest concerns professionally, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture that rewards leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and greet guests with a friendly smile.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, shift transitions, and inventory management.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
