Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own merchandising responsibilities across Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support.

The role requires a flexible, service-oriented approach, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to lead shifts and ensure Legendary Service. This position offers growth opportunities within a retailer focused on community value.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including assigned standards and follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.
