Job summary

Centennial Hospitality Group is seeking a Team Leader to support daily Wing Shack operations and maintain high-energy service. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, train staff, and help manage schedules while ensuring guest satisfaction and food safety.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of restaurant experience with 1-3 years in leadership, and a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, and holidays. On-site role with growth opportunities in a dynamic, expanding team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant experience.
• 1-3 years of restaurant leadership.
• Experience in front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in hospitality or retail preferred.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Reliable transportation plan to shifts.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensure adequate peak-time coverage.
• Support onboarding of new hires and ongoing coaching and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food/beverage storage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment aligned with guidelines.
• Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do

As a Team Leader, you’ll act as the right-hand to the management team, helping run daily operations and keeping the Wing Shack energy high. You’ll:

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack’s standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation plan to and from shifts as scheduled
• Availability that aligns with company and restaurant needs (nights, weekends, holidays as required)
• Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in training and job description
• Demonstrated leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred
• 2-3 years of restaurant experience required.
• 1-3 years of restaurant leadership required.
• Experience in both front-of-house (service) and back-of-house (kitchen/operations)
