Job summary

Wing Shack Laramie is seeking a Team Leader to act as the right-hand to the management team, driving daily operations with high energy and focus on service and quality. You will lead, train, and motivate staff, manage scheduling, onboard new hires, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant experience and 1–3 years in leadership, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing team. Competitive pay and tips make this a flavorful career path.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation plan to and from shifts as scheduled.
• Availability nights, weekends, holidays as required.
• Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in training and job description.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• 2–3 years of restaurant experience.
• 1-3 years of restaurant leadership.
• Experience in both front-of-house (service) and back-of-house (kitchen/operations).

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack’s standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
• Support the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines.
• Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

***This position is $16.50-$19.00 per hour PLUS tips from our tip pool. Our average hourly tips are between $3.50-$6.00 per hour.
