Vera Bradley is seeking a part-time Team Leader/Key Holder for Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, Central Valley, NY. The role partners with store leadership to guide associates, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will open and close the store, train staff, and ensure VM standards while maintaining Customer engagement and loss prevention awareness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience, preferably in specialty retail.
• Experience with a POS system is a plus.
