Job summary

Vera Bradley is seeking a Store Associate to bring the brand to life in our Baraboo, WI store. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering best-in-class customer service and helping the store leadership reach sales goals to create an amazing shopping experience.

As a team member, you’ll engage guests, upsell products, maintain visual standards, and support daily operations while upholding Vera Bradley’s core values. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Base Pay Range: $11.83 - $17.79 Starting Pay: $14.00 USD Vera Bradley’s compensation ranges are based on market data and comply with all local, state and federal regulations. Individual pay within the listed range depends on work location. The posted salary reflects base pay only and excludes bonuses, equity, or other incentives, if applicable.
