Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude with willingness to take direction and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.
• Aspire for excellence in all tasks, leading by example.
• Maintain a professional appearance per guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift.
• Work on your feet for long shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support the site's facility and operations as Team Leader.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to sales growth.
• Greet customers with a strong first impression and educate about the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Lead the team to maintain high quality service and safety standards.
• Address customer concerns calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and oversee wash process steps.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and drive performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
