Location: 4940 N Hamilton Rd, Columbus, Ohio, 43230
Job Title: Team Leader
Pay: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression for all visitors.
• Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club and actively engage with them before and after each wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Uphold stringent quality standards through accurate quality‑control checks and by addressing any customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Lead the team to exceed service standards, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Demonstrated flexibility in working hours and willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with guidelines and uphold accountability in all responsibilities.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The role requires standing and moving throughout the site for the entirety of each shift. Workers must be on their feet for an entire shift in a fast‑paced environment and may work outside in all weather conditions. The job may involve lifting up to 25 pounds.
