Job summary

Panera Bread in the United States is seeking a Team Manager to lead daily shifts, mentor teammates, and uphold the bakery-cafe's high standards of service and quality. You will participate in interviewing and selecting staff, train the team in food safety, and develop others to exceed goals in speed, accuracy, and guest experience.

This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain, and a passion for building a warm, welcoming culture

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead great shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience training and coaching team members to meet goals.
• Experience interviewing and selecting new staff.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests.
• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure they are maintained.
