Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, support team development, and uphold high guest experience standards in our bakery-cafe. You will guide a diverse team, coach performance, and contribute to a welcoming culture while ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This role emphasizes building relationships with guests, training staff in food safety, and collaborating with leadership to meet sales and service goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to achieve.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with the quality of our food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that lead to loyal guests.
• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure they are maintained.
