Job summary

Land Structure Ltd. is seeking a motivated outdoor landscaper to join our team, working on housing developments and green spaces, with duties including planting, turfing and site prep.

You must be physically fit, able to work outdoors in all weather, and have attention to detail while ensuring high standards and safe practices on site.

A UK driving licence is preferred and CSCS card is useful; we offer a safe, supportive environment and opportunities to develop skills within a growing company.

At Land Structure, we have been in business for over 40 years, we have headquarters locally based in Old Stratford, plus regional office in Suffolk and we have grown to be one of the very best at what we do.

We specialise in new housing developments and adding the beautiful green spaces as well as being professional sport field technicians, we understand the science behind making pitches playable all year round.

We are willing to teach you the skills, but you need to come to us with the desire to work hard, to be happy with working outdoors and you must be physically fit and able, this is an all year-round role and you need to be able to brave the elements to ensure we get the job done!

Working hours are Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work) hours are 6.30am and you will usually leave site by 4pm depending on location.

You will have/ or a keen desire to have:

• Excellent horticultural and plant identification skills
• Broad range of landscaping experience
• Team player promote a positive working environment
• Passionate about landscaping, positive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude
• Drawing interpretation skills
• Excellent attention to detail ensuring works are carried out to the highest standard, first time

A full UK driving licence would be preferable, as would you having a current CSCS card.
