Position: Front Office Entry Level Manager

Summary

You will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational efficiency. As the first point of contact, you will lead by example, manage shifts, and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in front office operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented approach.
4. Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud) is advantageous.
5. Ability to motivate and lead a team under pressure.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
7. Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
