Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Provide immediate, respectful responses to guests’ needs.
• Train new hires and set a positive tone for each shift.
• Serve as a friendly, encouraging role model for the team.
• Open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, and manage cash drawers.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests.
