Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high-energy Team Leader to guide a retail team and ensure excellent customer service. The role emphasizes dignity, service, hope, and partnership, with a focus on meeting store goals and supporting community programs.

The position offers a full-time schedule, with hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week, and a pay rate of $13.50 per hour. This opportunity promotes growth while helping neighbors in need.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have basic math skills and ability to make change.
• May serve as a coach in one-on-one training with a Production Clerk(s).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing direction and modeling of job duties to other Production Clerks.
• Displays great customer service by greeting donors and customers; offers assistance.
• Sorts material as required and stocks material in stores.
• Rotates stock as needed.
• Operates cash register.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
