Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high‑energy Team Leader to support our retail operations and uphold our values of dignity, service, hope, and partnership. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, leadership of production clerks, and coaching others while working full‑time.

The position offers benefits and requires reliable transportation. Work hours are Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, with a pay rate of $13.50 per hour and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Must have basic math skills, ability to make change, complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• May serve as a coach in one‑on‑one training with a Production Clerk(s).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing direction and modeling of job duties to other Production Clerks.
• Displays great customer service by greeting donors and customers; offers assistance.
• Sorts material as required and stocks material in stores.
• Rotates stock as needed.
• Operates cash register.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
