Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high-energy Team Leader to support bold customer service, store operations, and mission-driven programs. This full-time role focuses on guiding staff, modeling duties, and promoting dignity and independence for Kentuckians through paychecks and self-sufficiency.

The position offers hourly pay at $13.50 with a rotating schedule (evenings/weekends) and benefits that align with a large nonprofit retail network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have basic math skills, ability to make change, complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• May coach in one-on-one training with Production Clerk(s).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing direction and modeling of job duties to other Production Clerks.
• Displays great customer service by greeting donors and customers; offers assistance.
• Sorts material as required and stocks material in stores.
• Rotates stock as needed.
• Operates cash register.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
