Job summary

Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a high-energy Team Leader to support our retail store operations and uphold our core values of Dignity, Service, Hope, and Partnership. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The pay is $13.50 per hour for a full-time schedule (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM). Responsibilities include directing duties for Production Clerks, greeting donors and customers, stocking, and cash handling, with training support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have basic math skills, ability to make change, complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing direction and modeling of job duties to other Production Clerks.
• Displays great customer service by greeting donors and customers; offers assistance.
• Sorts material as required and stocks material in stores.
• Operates cash register.
