Job summary

Sauder Woodworking Co. is seeking an experienced manufacturing team leader to serve as the go-to leader on the shop floor. You will drive daily production plans, train and coach team members, and promote safety and quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership across roles, resolving production issues, and improving workflows while growing into a Production Leader position. This full-time role is on-site in New Haven, IN, with opportunities for career advancement.
