Job summary

Sensical Inc. is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to ensure the production floor runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You will lead a growing crew, coach team members, and help build a positive, accountable culture on a fast-paced shop floor.

Responsibilities include guiding 20+ employees, setting daily priorities, training new hires, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining high safety and quality standards. This role requires reliable leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of shop Team Lead experience; Compression molding experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to change, stay calm under pressure, and work well in a demanding environment.
• Professional, positive, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Good understanding of company policies, procedures, equipment, safety expectations, production targets, and staffing needs.
• Experience communicating with Account Coordinators, management, and team members about customer needs and department priorities.
• Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement projects.
• Basic HR-related experience preferred, including interviewing, attendance management, disciplinary write-ups, worker respect, injury response, and emergency/safety training.
• Drug screen and background check required.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, outgoing, hands‑on Team Lead to help keep our production floor running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this role, you’ll lead a growing crew, support daily workflow, coach team members, and help build a positive, accountable team culture.

Work hours are Monday through Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm with occasional Friday hours, when necessary to meet our customer demands.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable leading people in a fast-paced production environment.

• 1+ years of shop Team Lead experience; Compression molding experience is a plus.

• Basic HR-related experience preferred, including interviewing, attendance management, disciplinary write-ups, worker respect, injury response, and emergency/safety training.
• Drug screen and background check required.
