AmeriCorps & Senior Corps is seeking a dedicated individual to support the Experience Matters AmeriCorps Program. You will help develop and facilitate trainings, turn member testimonials into engaging social media posts and inspiring stories, and bolster capacity building to help the program meet its goals.

You will also serve as a Team Lead, connecting with members, organizing icebreakers, and promoting camaraderie, while not supervising AmeriCorps staff.

Qualifications

• Leader with ability to inspire and coordinate peers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to write and edit clear content for social posts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain programmatic support for EM AmeriCorps Program Director.
• Assist in developing and facilitating trainings and learning events.
