Whataburger of Mesquite, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to ensure every customer experience meets expectations. You will supervise Team Members and guide them to perform tasks according to Whataburger standards, supporting the brand and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Communication: Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times; attends meetings and training; communicates issues to management; improves leadership and performance.
• People: Demonstrates Whataburger Family values; supports training; enforces standards; maintains professional relationships; provides feedback and coaching.
• System: Performs critical administrative tasks (cash reporting, audits, deposits, payroll adjustments); ensures quality and service standards; manages drive-thru pace and cleanliness; follows policy and procedures.
• Customer: Ensures customers are satisfied with orders placed within service time; maintains restaurant appearance; handles inquiries and complaints per policy.
• Finance: Demonstrates fiscal responsibility; follows cash handling policies; monitors cash, inventory, and bank deposits; supports cost control and productivity.
