Job summary

Downtown Evansville Inc. seeks an experienced CT Team Leader to combine hands-on CT expertise with operational leadership, driving imaging excellence and team development in a patient-centered environment.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting the success of the CT team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist.
• Licensed by the State Department of Health as a Radiologic Technologist (in the state of employment) and certified by ARRT; renewal/registration must be maintained.
• License renewal must occur within 2 weeks of expiration date.
• Revocation or inability to maintain licensure may result in termination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the CT team to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging and fluoroscopy services.
• Balance hands-on CT work with operational leadership to support department efficiency and patient flow.
• Ensure adherence to licensure, credentialing, and safety standards across the imaging department.

Education and Technical/Professional Credentials

• Must be a graduate of a recognized Radiologic Technologist Program

• Licensed by the State Department of Health as a Radiologic Technologist (in the state in which they are working), certified by the ARRT as a Radiologic Technologist, and maintain annual renewal/registration with the certifying organization. (required)
