Chick-fil-A is seeking a capable Team Leader in Greenwood, MS to oversee Team Members and drive the business toward operational excellence. You will coach, communicate, and build a positive team culture while ensuring staffing levels align with goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment.
• Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude.
• Experience leading in fast-paced environments as part of a team.
• Knowledge of operational policies and procedures and brand, products, promotions.
