Job summary

Schaeffler in Danbury, CT is seeking a production leader to guide and develop assigned employees to meet quality, cost and delivery standards while driving KPI performance.

You will sequence manufacturing priorities, assign tasks, supervise routine equipment setup and maintenance, and implement improved procedures to enhance QCD across the line. The role requires vocational technical training and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Vocationally trained in Technical.
• 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience.

• Establish instructions and refine procedures, when necessary, in order to contribute to improvements in QCD.
