Job summary

The LEGO Group in the United States is seeking a Team Leader for LEGO Brand Retail to motivate, energize and inspire a high-performance team while maintaining a safety-first environment.

This role focuses on delivering inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values, managing store space, visual merchandising, pricing, and training Sales Associates within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment
  • Delivery of Employee training
  • Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
  • Point of sale automated systems
  • Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
  • Physical requirements include lifting 30 lbs., standing for extended periods
  • Availability to work up to 30 hours per week across full week and weekend with at least 4 days

Responsibilities

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?
  • Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment
  • Delivery of Employee training
  • Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
  • Point of sale automated systems
  • Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
  • Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
  • Must provide availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days (does not mean you’ll be scheduled for 30 hours, but 30 hours of availability must be given)

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $22.10 - $25.30 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
