Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a full-time Team Leader for LEGO Brand Retail at a location in the United States. This role will supervise Sales Associates, manage scheduling, and ensure excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales performance.

You will lead training delivery, oversee cash handling, and maintain visual merchandising standards while working within LEGO Brand Retail guidelines. The position follows a hybrid work policy with about 3 days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
  • Delivery of Employee training.
  • Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
  • Point of sale automated systems.
  • Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.

  • Enhance profitable sales by the regular review of sales and margin information
  • Assist to ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are used
  • Ensure that the store graphics system (including pricing) is maintained effectively, with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales

  • Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, finding opportunities to develop our business further
  • Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines
  • Empower and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision and Values

Physical specifications
  • Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
  • Must have full availability to work 40 hours per week

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $23.50 - $26.70 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
