Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a full-time Team Leader at University Place Mall in Orem, Utah to provide a brand experience, train the team, and elevate customer service, product knowledge and sales. You will lead visual merchandising, space management, inventory control, and coaching of Sales Associates to apply LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.

This role offers a hybrid work model with an average of 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in a retail store environment.
• Delivery of Employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale automated systems experience.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
• Physical requirements: moving, standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Must have full availability to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Enhance profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information.
• Assist to ensure effective space management and store layout.
• Maintain store graphics and pricing to maximize sales and service quality.
• Ensure all fixtures are replenished and visually appealing.
• Evaluate competitor visual merchandising to identify improvements.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising per LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.

This full-time Team Leader will provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.

• Enhance profitable sales by the regular review of sales and margin information
• Assist to ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are used
• Ensure that the store graphics system (including pricing) is maintained effectively, with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales

• Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, finding opportunities to develop our business further
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines

• Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Must have full availability to work 40 hours per week

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $22.10 - $25.30 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
