What You’ll Do

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Lead by example and model Chick-fil-A Toledo's ELITE values
• Train and coach new and existing Team Members
• Help maintain high standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, and guest experience
• Complete training audits, FSA/RSA assessments, and leadership shift practices
• Support OneClick cleaning and operational checklists
• Recognize, encourage, and develop Team Members
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource within your business area
• Attend leadership meetings and development opportunities
• Help create a positive, unified, and high-performing team

Schedule

This position averages 25–40 hours per week.

Team Leaders must be able to perform Team Leader responsibilities at least 3 shifts per week and provide one of the following availability windows:

6:00 AM–4:00 PM | 2:00 PM–11:00 PM | Open Availability

Pay

Part-Time: $14.50–$15.75/hour

Full-Time: $17.50–$18.25/hour
