Chick-fil-A Ruby & Sinto in Spokane, WA is seeking a Team Leader to help build a culture of hospitality, develop people, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with restaurant leadership to execute daily operations, coach team members, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with excellence while creating a calm, positive, and productive environment.

• Support the training and onboarding of new Team Members.
• Hold yourself and others accountable to Chick-fil-A standards and restaurant expectations.
• Execute daily operational systems with excellence, including food safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed of service.
• Communicate effectively with fellow leaders to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as a trusted key holder.
• Complete cash handling, drawer counts, and end-of-day procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, productivity, and the overall guest experience.
• Foster a positive team culture where people feel challenged, supported, and valued.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals with leadership potential, a growth mindset, and a desire to positively influence others
• Must be available to work 4 opens/closes per week
