Chick-fil-A Blossom Hill & Almaden Expy in San Jose, CA is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership and coach team members. The role focuses on operational excellence, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and that service standards are met with urgency.

You will lead shifts, train new hires, and model Chick-fil-A values while maintaining guest satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

$21.00 - 23.00 per hour

Team Leader Responsibilities
