Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily restaurant operations and coach team members to uphold our service standards. The role emphasizes serving guests with urgency, modeling behavior, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

You will help with shift leadership, training, and ensuring consistent execution of our Operational Excellence and Recipe for Service. A positive, people-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Provide immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
• Assist in training of new hires and set the tone for a shift as a role model.
• Lead shifts, open/close, and count drawers to finalize the day.
• Maintain clear, effective written and spoken communication.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
