Turning-Point-Community-Programs is seeking a leadership professional to supervise daily staff activities and assist the Program Director in managing the program. Under the administrative supervision of the Program Director, this at-will leadership position within a program is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of assigned staff and the assistance of the Program Director in the functioning of the program; may carry a small caseload of clients. Responsible for effectively coordinating and collaborating with funders and community partners. This is a management position responsible for all phases of the management process within the assigned program.

MINIMUM:
A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is through graduation from high school or an accredited GED program and working and four (4) years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services.
OPTIMUM:
Preferred qualifications involve graduation with a master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field; four (4) years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services; one (1) year of supervisory/management experience; license eligible and current registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an AMFT, ACSW or APCC.
