Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Quality Team Leader to lead and supervise quality inspection teams, set up projects, and manage team expectations. You will train inspectors on work instructions and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.

You will inspect parts to meet standards, communicate with customers and job site contacts, and ensure safety and company requirements are followed. Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
• Detail-oriented.
• Willingness to travel.
