Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Quality Team Leader to lead and supervise quality inspection teams across various projects. The role involves setting up projects, training inspectors, and ensuring quality standards are met while coordinating with customers and site contacts.

Travel to plants and warehouses is required. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise quality inspection teams.
• Set up projects and manage team expectations.
• Train inspectors on work instructions and procedures.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate with customers and job site contacts.
• Ensure safety and company requirements are followed.
• Verify tools, equipment, and gauges.
• Complete project paperwork and reporting.
• Step in as acting supervisor when needed.
• Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses.
