Stratosphere Quality seeks a Quality Team Leader to guide and supervise inspection teams across assignments in manufacturing environments. You will set up projects, train inspectors, and ensure quality standards are met while maintaining safety and compliance.

Travel to plants and warehouses is required. Strong leadership, communication, and detail orientation are essential, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise quality inspection teams.
• Set up projects and manage team expectations.
• Train inspectors on work instructions and procedures.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate with customers and job site contacts.
• Ensure safety and company requirements are followed.
• Verify tools, equipment, and gauges.
• Complete project paperwork and reporting.
• Step in as acting supervisor when needed.
• Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses.
