Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Quality Leader to supervise inspection teams and drive adherence to quality standards across multiple sites. You will lead projects, train inspectors, and ensure safety and proper reporting while engaging with customers and site contacts.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and a proactive, travel-ready mindset. Company-supported benefits and advancement opportunities are part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise quality inspection teams.
• Set up projects and manage team expectations.
• Train inspectors on work instructions and procedures.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate with customers and job site contacts.
• Ensure safety and company requirements are followed.
• Verify tools, equipment, and gauges.
• Complete project paperwork and reporting.
• Step in as acting supervisor when needed.
• Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses.
