Hoffman Car Wash Inc in New York (Gansevoort) is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily car wash operations, ensure high-quality service, and maintain safety standards while leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Training provided, with opportunities for career growth toward leadership roles.

Formación

• Prior supervisor experience is required.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be reliable, hard working and a team player.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Driver’s license strongly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods without rest.
• Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus but not required — training provided!

Team Leader

Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the car wash location, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Supervise assigned group of employees.
• Greet and assist customers as they drive into the car wash line.
• May sell and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan.
• Open and close the store in the absence of store manager.
• Clean and maintain facilities and grounds.
• All other duties assigned.
