Job summary

Hoffman Car Wash Inc is hiring a Team Member to assist customers, sell wash packages and memberships, and keep vehicles and facilities clean. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience while maintaining efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities include guiding vehicles, enrolling members, and ensuring a spotless exit. Training is provided if you lack prior car wash or service experience; outdoor work is required in various weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic and team player.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus but not required — training provided!

What You Will Do

• With a smile and wave, welcome and assist customers as they drive into the car wash line.
• Sell and enroll customers in our popular Unlimited Membership Plan while earning great commission.
• Guide vehicles safely into the car wash.
• Clean and maintain facilities and grounds. Keeping free of trash and debris.
• Other duties as needed.

• Ability to stand for extended periods without rest.
• Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus but not required — training provided!
