Job summary

Hoffman Car Wash Inc in New York is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily car wash operations, ensure quality service, and lead a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will greet customers, supervise staff, promote our Unlimited Plan, and handle opening/closing duties.

Candidates should have prior supervisory experience, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors. Training provided; weekly pay and benefits after promotion.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisor experience is required.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be reliable, hard working and a team player.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Driver’s license strongly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods without rest.
• Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus but not required — training provided!
