Turning Point Community Programs seeks an at-will Program Supervisor to oversee daily staff operations and a small client caseload. You will assist the Program Director and coordinate with funders and community partners to maintain program quality and service delivery.
The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, with 2–4 years of mental health experience and supervisory exposure. A California AMFT/ACSW/APCC license eligibility is preferred.
Under the administrative supervision of the Program Director, this at-will leadership position within a program is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of assigned staff and assisting the Program Director with the functioning of the program; may carry a small caseload of clients. Responsible for effectively coordinating and collaborating with funders and community partners. This is a management position responsible for all phases of the management process within the assigned program.
A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills, and abilities outlined above is through graduation from high school or an accredited GED program and working and four (4) years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services.
Graduation with a master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field; four (4) years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services; one (1) year of supervisory/management experience; license eligible and current registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC.

$28.00 - $29.71 an hour.
