Turning Point Community Programs is seeking a clinical supervisor in North Highlands, CA, to oversee staff and ensure quality care delivery. The position requires a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and entails managing clinical activities while providing guidance to team members.
Additional responsibilities include crisis intervention and participating in staff training sessions. The role offers $36.00 - $38.20 hourly compensation with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

This is an at-will leadership position within a program. Additionally, this position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of assigned staff who perform the established duties of the program. This is a management position responsible for all phases of the management process within the assigned program.

Education, Training and Experience
A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is through graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS); two (2) years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services; minimum of one (1) year’s supervisory/ management experience.
